They will work alongside and in collaboration with the domestic and laundry teams, continuously assessing the domestic needs of all residents and adhering to all policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of the highest standards. The role requires a caring and compassionate nature, the ability to work well under pressure, and a warm, approachable, and engaging persona.
