Essential requirements: A relevant qualification in Social Work or Level 4 (or equivalent) in working with complex families Proven experience working within domestic abuse services Strong background in safeguarding and risk assessment Experience supporting and developing staff performance Ability to deliver training and influence practice across teams Demonstrated success in multi-agency working and partnership engagement Excellent report writing and communication skills Key Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and ability to motivate teams Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder engagement Confident in influencing and driving change in complex environments Ability to manage competing priorities

The Role As a Domestic Abuse Education Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering high-quality interventions, training, and support across the Trust and education settings.
