  • Administer and maintain project information within Autodesk Forma (formerly Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)) and client platforms such as Aconex.
  • Prepare and issue document transmittals in accordance with project and client requirements.
  • Create, manage and maintain Master Document Registers (MDRs), ensuring document status, revision and issue information remains accurate and up to date.
  • Ensure consistency and compliance across all documentation, templates, reports, calculations and drawings, identifying and reporting any non-compliances.

Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
  • Strong understanding of document control processes and document workflow management.
  • Practical experience working with electronic document control systems, including Autodesk Forma (ACC), Aconex or similar platforms.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and IT skills with excellent organisational and coordination abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, particularly regarding document status and revision control.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    What's in it for you?
  • Opportunity to work on major projects within a leading facilities management and engineering organisation.
  • Career development and training opportunities within a supportive team environment.
  • A collaborative workplace where your contribution directly supports project success and operational excellence.
