  • Conducting thorough audits of documentation relating to capital works, maintenance records, drawings and service reports, developing action plans to address any gaps
  • Coordinating the migration and digitisation of archive documentation, ensuring seamless upload to the DMS
  • Collaborating with stakeholders in Handback meetings, preparing management information and supporting the transition process
  • Providing administrative and helpdesk support, ensuring continuity of site operations

You're an articulate communicator with strong interpersonal skills, confident in liaising with stakeholders at all levels
  • You have excellent organisational abilities and can effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks
  • You bring a proactive, professional approach with a positive, can-do attitude

  • As a Disability Confident employer, we will ensure that a fair and proportionate number of disabled applicants that meet the minimum criteria for this role will be offered an interview. Due to the nature of this role, you will also be required to complete an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check (applicants with convictions will be treated on a case-by-case basis. We do not discriminate based on an applicant's conviction history or the details of any convictions disclosed to us). Some roles may also be subject to further pre-employment checks.
