Full Job Description

We are now looking to recruit a Document Controller to support the Document Control Team for the Retrievals East River (RER) project. The Document Control role will provide essential coordination of all documentation associated with the RER project. Working closely with the other TDA Document Controllers, the role will ensure that all regulatory and project-specific records are accurate, up to date, and compliant. The position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, safety-critical environment. As a Document Controller your responsibilities could include:

  • Expediting and coordinating information in line with demanding programmes
  • Ensuring all documentation is managed in compliance with processes, policies and procedures
  • Update project documentation trackers
  • Maintain Projects filing (ProjectWise)
  • Provide support to Document Control Manager
  • Attend project meetings to provide support and address any issues to ensure the effective flow of documentation
  • Provide Data Management System training where necessary
  • Provide support with regards to document numbering, Revisions and the application of metadata.

    Experience of working within a highly regulated environment.
  • Knowledge of various Electronic Data Management Systems
  • Proficient in MS Office tools.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with sensitive information in a secure and compliant manner.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
