Full Job Description

We're looking for a Document Controller to join our Neath Port Talbot Hospital team based in Neath Port Talbot., Location: Site Based - Neath Port Talbot Hospital - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.Hours: 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, detail-oriented professional who thrives on creating structure and ensuring excellence in document management as we prepare for the PFI project expiry.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Document Controller, you'll be working within the Operational Support team, supporting them in delivering comprehensive facilities management services. Your day to day will include:

-Managing and maintaining the Document Management System, ensuring all records are structured, version-controlled and compliant with contractual requirements

-Conducting thorough audits of documentation relating to capital works, maintenance records, drawings and service reports, developing action plans to address any gaps

-Coordinating the migration and digitisation of archive documentation, ensuring seamless upload to the DMS

-Collaborating with stakeholders in Handback meetings, preparing management information and supporting the transition process

-Providing administrative and helpdesk support, ensuring continuity of site operations

You're an articulate communicator with strong interpersonal skills, confident in liaising with stakeholders at all levels

-You have excellent organisational abilities and can effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks

-You bring a proactive, professional approach with a positive, can-do attitude

-You're experienced with SharePoint and other data management platforms

-You're proficient in data analysis tools, particularly MS Excel, Disability Confident
