Divisional Personal Assistant | Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust

We have an exciting opportunity here at Mid and South Essex Foundation Trust for you to join us our divisional PA .

You will be required to provide a comprehensive, effective and efficient Personal Assistant service to theDeputy Director of Operations, Deputy Director of Nursing, Associate Director of Nursing and Clinical Director.

Working as our Divisional PA you will be the key point of contact for the divisional leadership team.

Undertake a wide range of tasks including inbox and diary management, complete and distribute invitations, agenda's and meeting minutes on behalf of the leadership team.

Compile governance reports ensuring that actions are being addressed by the appropriate person.

You will be expected to exercise initiative, prioritising conflicting work demands, and effectively communicate verbally and in writing, with a wide range of internal and external colleagues, exercising tact and diplomacy.
