Full Job Description

The Divisional Operations Director for our SWNS Division is a crucial role in the Trust because of all of this. This division focuses on surgical and acute specialties as well as women's and neonatal specialties, with a brief to optimise out of hospital provision and service transformation in conjunction with those local partners and stakeholders mentioned earlier.

We're seeking a proactive post holder who is ready to hit the ground running! An immediate start is ideal, and we're looking for someone who can be flexible with start times to support the needs of the role., We are looking for someone who is committed to running outstanding services and reducing some of the unacceptable health inequalities that exist for the patients and communities we serve. This is a unique role where a person with strong experience of managing community services will not just be reactive to issues that need to be address but will also be proactive and creative in their thinking and ways to working.
