Full Job Description

We are looking for a senior clinical professional who is aRegistered AHP/Healthcare scientist/Pharmacist with current HCPC or General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) registrationwho is able to provide the strategic leadership and professional oversight in our clinical divisions. The postholder will shape and deliver divisional strategy, drive transformation and ensure the highest standards of clinical care, workforce development and patient experience.

The postholder will work closely with the Chief of Division and Divisional Director of Operations to shape and deliver divisional strategy but also with the Chief Nurse to to deliver a trust wide corporate/quality objectives and clinical strategy. This is a hybrid role where the successful candidate maintains an operational and leadership role in their main area of work. Details can be discussed on application.
