Full Job Description
We are looking for a site supervisor to join us at the Staffordshire Moorlands Family Hub Team, Biddulph. We are looking for someone who can commit to the core hours outlined below but are willing to work flexibly to suit the needs of our service which may include some evening and weekend working. This role is 37hrs a week, core hours being Monday - Thursday 7am - 3.30pm and Friday 7am-3pm.,
- Maintaining high standards both within the building and to the external site
- Managing contractors
- Covering emergency call outs to site when required
- Small maintenance tasks
- Some cleaning to maintain presentation of the building
- Working with team to prepare rooms in the Hub for various sessions
You will be a; - Team player
- Flexible
- Experience working as a care taker or in premises maintenance
- Able to attend training as required
- Have excellent attention to detail and pride in their work
- Have experience of being hands on and practical in performing basic maintenance tasks.
- Have ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to travel around the County if required
