Full Job Description

As a District Sales Manager for Public Sector, you will be a key leader on our sales team, responsible for building and driving your district's sales team to exceed company objectives. You will lead day-to-day operations, including pipeline and performance management, to accelerate growth in the Central Region's enterprise accounts. Your leadership will directly contribute to expanding our market presence and achieving strategic goals.,

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the district to accommodate corporate goals.
  • Conduct regular sales forecasting, pipeline reviews, and performance assessments for the team.
  • Recruit, hire, and train new sales team members, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.
  • Personally engage with key customers and prospects to build strong relationships and assist in closing strategic deals.
  • Ensure the team maintains accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (Salesforce) and adheres to all sales processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy.

    10+ years of above-quota sales experience in the technology & Public Sector industry.
  • Demonstrated enterprise sales experience with a strong network of decision-makers in the relevant district.
  • Multi product/solution experience
  • Proven experience managing large quotas and complex deal negotiations.
  • Ability to travel regularly within the assigned district.
