District Nursing Lead - District Nursing Locality Lead

You will be responsible for leading a District Nursing Team, operationally line managing staff and focusing on clinical service development and educational workstreams with senior service leads. You will work in an integrated way with other the District Nursing Locality Leads and Advanced District Nurse Specialist to lead the District Nursing locality. You will work clinically within the District Nursing locality, with patients in their own homes, clinics and care homes., The Oxfordshire District Nursing service is a dynamic and forward-thinking service and is involved in national community nursing initiatives. The service has a well-established career progression framework and is developing further opportunities at a senior level for clinical leadership.
