District Nurse Team Leader

We are seeking a Community Nursing Team Leads to work within the North Bedfordshire Locality.

You will be a strong leader, focused on achieving real improvements in outcomes for patients and will be confident in your ability to support, coach and develop individuals and teams to deliver consistently high quality services. You will be innovative, forward thinking, self-driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful applicant will be managing two caseloads and the aligned staff, working alongside the existing team lead and service manager to support and manage the delivery of high quality person centered care. The post will be based in Twinwoods Resource Centre aligned to the North Bedford Community Nursing Teams., You will provide day to day operational and line management of community nursing teams, work alongside clinicians to support complex patient reviews and mentor nurse colleagues. You must be a car driver with access to a vehicle.

You will take pride in your work and be highly motivated and dynamic, have a flexible approach and be able to embrace change. Being a collaborative worker and the ability to network and build relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders is essential. You must hold the DNSPQ qualification, or be working towards this.
