An opportunity has arisen for a District Nurse with the specialist practitioner qualification to join the Community District Nursing team in South Hambleton & North Ryedale., As part of seeking to become more inclusive, we will consider requests for flexible working from the start of your employment. We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, innovative and committed District Nurse with experience of caseload management and multidisciplinary working, together with excellent communication skills, resilience and great leadership skills. You will have the ability to motivate and support others through change in order to enable us to maintain the delivery of high quality, compassionate, proactive and safe care.
