Full Job Description

You will work across the South and IRCs directorate which covers our prisons in the South of England and our Immigration Removal Centres at Gatwick, Heathrow and Derwentside. The Directorate PA provides high-level administrative, coordination and governance support to the Operations Director, Heads of Operations, and wider directorate team within Practice Plus Group's Health in Justice services. The role is central to ensuring directorate activities are organised, meetings are managed effectively, and stakeholders receive a professional service., As a Directorate PA your responsibilities will vary. You will:

  • Diary and Workflow Management for the directorate
  • Manage and coordinate diaries for senior leaders.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Organise priorities and support forward planning.
  • Help ensure directorate work is delivered efficiently and smoothly.
  • Coordinate meetings across the directorate.
  • Produce accurate meeting minutes and records.
  • Ensure timely distribution of information and documentation.
  • Act as a reliable and professional representative of the directorate.

    GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) at Grade A-C or above.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and Outlook skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Understanding of data protection and confidentiality requirements.
  • Compassionate and non-judgemental attitude.

    This position is full time working 37.5 hours per week. You will receive an annual salary of £30,000 to £35,000 per annum. How will we support you?
