Extensive professional experience combining industry and consulting, with a strong focus on S&OP, supply chain planning, or operational transformationProven experience delivering digital transformation or AI-enabled projects within supply chain or operations environmentsStrong understanding of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) frameworks, forecasting, and integrated business planning (IBP)Experience working with private equity sponsors and PE-backed portfolio companies is highly desirableExposure to tools and technologies such as advanced analytics, AI/ML applications, or digital planning platforms (e.g., Kinaxis, o9, SAP IBP) is a strong plusDemonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and operating partnersFluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus depending on region

The Team
A&M's Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) practice is looking to hire a Director /Senior Associate with deep expertise in S&OP, digital transformation, and AI-enabled operations across any region.
This role is focused on leading and delivering large-scale transformation programmes for private equity-backed portfolio companies, with a particular emphasis on Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), demand and supply planning optimisation, and the application of digital tools and AI to improve operational performance. You will work closely with PE deal teams and operating partners to drive end-to-end value creation across the value chain.
How you will contribute
Lead the design and transformation of end-to-end S&OP processes, improving alignment between demand planning, supply chain, and commercial functionsDiagnose inefficiencies in planning, forecasting, and execution processes, identifying opportunities for digitalisation and AI-enabled decision makingDevelop and implement advanced planning solutions, including scenario modelling, predictive analytics, and automation toolsDrive data-driven operational improvements, leveraging AI, machine learning, and digital dashboards to enhance visibility and decision-making speedPartner with client leadership teams to embed next-generation S&OP capabilities across organisationsIdentify and quantify value creation opportunities across supply chain planning, inventory optimisation, service levels, and working capitalLead transformation programmes from design through execution, ensuring sustainable adoption of digital and AI solutionsManage client relationships and project teams, ensuring high-quality delivery
