Key Responsibilities Independently structure and deliver workstreams to ensure successful execution of commercial and operational due diligence projects in various industries. Gather data gathering through desk research, performing expert interviews, and conducting surveys. Drive in-depth analyses to uncover risks for the transaction and identify opportunities for post-transaction value creation. Work with cross-functional project teams to address challenges and drive results and collaborate with other due diligence workstreams such as ODD, ITDD, FDD, or TaxDD. Deliver reports that focus on the key topics at highest quality in the shortest possible time.
