Full Job Description
- Build and develop long-term client relationships, generating repeat business and new revenue opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team, supporting performance, development, and progression.
- Deliver expert advice on complex commercial property matters, including valuation and restructuring scenarios.
- Contribute to strategic decision-making, operational performance, and overall business growth alongside senior leadership.
MRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification valuation experience. - Proven track record of building client relationships and contributing to business development within a professional services environment.
- Experience leading and developing teams within a commercial property or valuation setting.
