Director, Product Owner

Your Role: Product LeadAs a Product Lead, you will be at the forefront of innovation, collaborating with business stakeholders and a talented team of engineers. Your mission? To turn prioritized business opportunities into cutting-edge digital solutions, guiding them from early concepts to fully scaled products. Operating at the intersection of business priorities, technical design, and product delivery, you will:
Advance concepts into validated solutions and lead the iterative development of products across the enterprise.
Manage stakeholder relationships, shape product strategies, and ensure solutions meet both technical rigor and customer needs.
Establish a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring efficient building, testing, and refining of solutions.

Key Responsibilities Lead the development of AI and data-driven digital products through iterative, value-focused delivery approaches.
Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that prioritizes speed, experimentation, and learning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to quickly test hypotheses and refine product direction based on user feedback.
Establish and manage a lean product roadmap focused on delivering high-impact features with minimal viable scope.
Drive agile ceremonies and sprint planning, emphasizing short cycles and fast feedback loops.
Champion a culture of experimentation, encouraging A/B testing and user research to inform product decisions.
Ensure solutions are scalable and extensible, laying the groundwork for future enhancements.
Lead the creation of user stories and designs that reflect user-centric principles.
Manage stakeholder expectations by clearly communicating trade-offs, timelines, and outcomes.
Foster a team environment that embraces ambiguity and thrives on delivering tangible results.

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Strong product management experience with an emphasis on end-to-end solution delivery and agile methodologies.
Proven success in launching digital products and iterating based on user feedback.
Deep understanding of lean product development and user-centered design.
Experience in fast-paced environments where speed and adaptability are critical.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable decisions.
Excellent communication skills to align diverse stakeholders around product goals.
Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and deliver high-impact solutions quickly.

Preferred Qualifications MBA or Master's degree in strategy, innovation, or a related field.
Certification in Agile, Scrum, or Lean Startup methodologies.
Experience with design thinking and analytics platforms.
Background in healthcare, pharma, or regulated industries.
