Director, Product Owner

Your Role: Product LeadAs a Product Lead, you will be at the forefront of innovation, collaborating with business stakeholders and a talented team of engineers. Your mission? To turn prioritized business opportunities into cutting-edge digital solutions, guiding them from early concepts to fully scaled products.
This role is a unique blend of business engagement and technical execution, empowering Pfizer to accelerate delivery, simplify processes, and create measurable value. Key Responsibilities Lead the development of AI and data-driven digital products using iterative, value-focused delivery methods.
Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that emphasizes speed, experimentation, and learning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams-engineering, design, and business stakeholders-to test hypotheses and refine product direction.
Establish and manage a lean product roadmap, focusing on high-impact features with minimal viable scope.
Drive agile ceremonies and sprint planning, emphasizing short cycles and fast feedback loops.
Champion a culture of experimentation, utilizing A/B testing, user research, and analytics to inform decisions.
Ensure solutions are scalable and extensible, preparing for future enhancements while addressing immediate needs.
Create user stories, solution designs, and wireframes that prioritize user-centric design principles.
Manage stakeholder expectations by clearly communicating trade-offs, timelines, and outcomes.
Foster a team environment that embraces ambiguity and adapts quickly to change, delivering tangible results.

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Strong product management experience with a focus on end-to-end solution delivery and agile methodologies.
Proven success in launching digital products and iterating based on user feedback.
Deep understanding of lean product development and user-centered design.
Experience in fast-paced environments where speed and adaptability are essential.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable decisions.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills to align diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and deliver impactful solutions quickly.

Preferred Qualifications MBA or Master's degree in strategy, innovation, or a related field.
Certification in Agile, Scrum, or Lean Startup methodologies.
Experience with design thinking, prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch), and analytics platforms.
Background in healthcare, pharma, or regulated industries, with experience navigating compliance.
