Director, Operations Transformation - Investment Management

As the Director in our team, you will work as part of a team of Investment Management industry specialists in our practice and have the opportunity to:

• Leverage your industry knowledge and network to become a leading expert in the market and develop our existing and new client base
• Take a leading role with client relationships, market engagement and projects, including managing and developing our more junior team members
• Focus on the delivery of client work that will successfully fulfil and exceed client expectations, deliver engagement and programme objectives, and bringing relevant AI and emerging trends into our client solutions
• Actively participate in, and contribute to, the development of the Investment Management team, including supporting proposition development, thought leadership and capability training
  
  Significant experience working as a Management Consultant to the Investment Management industry with experience of the end-to-end consulting lifecycle from development relationships and propositions, sales, project shaping through to managing delivery of client transformations.
• Significant experience working in Investment Management, including strong knowledge of middle and back office capabilities and key trends impacting these capabilities in the market
• Broad network across Investment Managers and potentially their asset servicers and/or vendors
• Experience in leading and developing client relationships and managing senior stakeholders with a proven ability to build and develop commercial relationships
• A track record of designing, driving and delivering large and complex change programs transforming the end-to-end operating models of Investment Managers or Asset Servicers
• Experience in outsourcing and technology in Investment Managers, including experience working with Asset Servicers and technology vendors
• Demonstrate or proactively be seeking to upskill your AI knowledge and capabilities to bring these into our client solutions
• Proven ability to mobilise and motivate teams, establishing the specific day-to-day plans, projects and objectives needed
• Able to articulate complex ideas to client stakeholders
• Have an understanding of risk, how to mitigate risk and protect the firm's reputation
• Have a "can do" attitude with a real willingness to learn and participate
• Bring enthusiasm and passion for the delivery of market leading solutions that make a difference
