Director of Tenant Services

As our strategic lead for Housing, Independent Living and Service Charges, Rent & Income, you will set direction, inspire people and turn ambition into delivery. Working through Heads of Service, you will create clarity and accountability, build leadership capability and bring people with you through change, while staying close enough to tenants and frontline services to understand how they really perform.

We're looking for an experienced senior housing leader with a strong track record of leading complex customer-facing services, shaping strategy and delivering meaningful service, performance and cultural improvement. You'll bring a deep understanding of social housing, regulation, governance and assurance, alongside the judgement and credibility to work effectively with our Executive Team and Board.
As a member of our Senior Leadership Team, you'll help shape Saffron's wider future. You'll look outward, anticipate what's coming next and bring fresh thinking and best practice into the organisation.
Above all, you'll be an authentic, ambitious and inspiring leader who can set a clear direction, build belief and deliver excellent outcomes for tenants.

This is a critical leadership role at Saffron, shaping the future of our services and ensuring tenants and communities remain at the heart of how they develop., We are a housing association based in Norfolk providing quality homes and services to people across the county and in Suffolk.
We manage over 6,000 homes including affordable homes for those in housing need who cannot afford to rent or buy in the open market.
We offer specialist homes for older and vulnerable adults and are committed to providing new homes to help solve the housing crisis.
