Director of Teaching and Learning

Greenwood Academies Trust, is seeking an exceptional and dynamic Director of Teaching and Learning to ensure the quality of education across all our secondary academies is strong. As Director of Teaching and Learning you will:

• Provide strategic leadership over our Secondary Academies
• Inspire staff, students, and the wider community with a clear vision for excellence
• Develop a holistic understanding of the needs of all secondary academies and provide effective support to targeted academies to enable continuous improvement
• Champion equity, inclusion, and opportunity for every learner
• Work closely with the Trust's leadership team to align goals with wider strategic priorities
