Full Job Description

As a member of the senior operational team, you will work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, including the Head Master, COO, Heads of Schools, senior leaders and at time students, to scope, plan and drive forward transformative initiatives aligned with the Group's long-term strategic goals.
This role would suit a highly capable leader with senior-level experience within the independent schools sector (ideally with personal experience of boarding). The role requires a strategic mindset with a hands-on, delivery-focused approach. You will bring proven experience of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects from inception to implementation, and a confident ability to influence and communicate at all levels.
We are looking for someone who is adept at building relationships, who has led academic and operational teams and, who has a strong understanding of strategic trends in the independent sector. Experience of leading change in school settings, and working across multiple sites or within a school group, is particularly desirable.
