As the Director of Primary and Trust Safeguarding Lead, you will also be part of the UoLAT Executive Team and will play a critical part in the strategic direction of the trust and all of its schools, helping to drive change and have genuine influence at scale.

The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of assurance mechanisms, safeguarding experience and a desire to help accelerate outcomes by supporting staff development across all levels.
