If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our growing Trust as Director of People and Culture., As the Director of People and Culture, you will work closely with the Executive team to provide strategic and operational leadership across all HR services within the Trust. You will lead and develop a small, supportive and dedicated central HR team and school HR leads. The team support a community of approximately 430 employees, ensuring the delivery of high quality services in areas such as talent acquisition, employee development, policy development, HR systems, and workforce planning. Additionally, you will oversee complex employee relations cases and drive initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring a positive and inclusive culture throughout the Trust.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced HR leader with a strong background in senior HR management. You will have a deep understanding of employment law and HR best practices, with proven experience managing complex employee relations issues and driving organisational change. Your ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders, unions, and external partners will be critical, alongside excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
