Director of Online Course Development: Key responsibilities
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from programme ideation through to online course design, delivery optimisation, and continuous improvement.Course Development Strategy and Vision - Develop and articulate the product vision and strategy aligned with the company's mission and goals aligned to partner university prioritiesCourse Development - Oversee the full course development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery of new courses and enhancements within budgetInnovation and Technology Integration - Manage and evolve online learning environments including LMSs, integrated third party products, integrations with internal systems, content development infrastructure etcTeam Leadership - Build and lead a high-performing course development/product team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellenceStudent Experience and Satisfaction - Develop and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality educational content
that meets academic standards, accessibility requirements, and regulatory expectations across geographiesStakeholder Management - Provide updates to Senior Leadership Team on performance and strategic initiatives and representation at industry events, conferences, and professional networks.
