Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Director of Marketing & Admissions to provide strategic leadership of marketing and admissions across both schools.
Detail
Hours: Indicative hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Some flexibility in when the hours are worked, and some home working, can be discussed. This is a senior role, and the successful candidate will be expected to work the necessary hours to fulfil it. There may be requirements for weekend or out-of-hours attendance, to be agreed in advance with the Headmaster. Attendance at all Open Mornings is expected.
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Director of Marketing & Admissions to provide strategic leadership of marketing and admissions across both schools. You will take ownership of the St George's brand, direct all marketing, communications and promotional activity, and work closely with the Head of College and the Head of the Junior School to attract and recruit the families who will thrive here. You will bring an extensive marketing communications background; experience in educational marketing would be an advantage but is not essential. This is an exciting opportunity to build from a position of strength and shape how one of the country's leading Catholic schools tells its story.
Founded in 1869 by the Catholic order of the Josephites, St George's Weybridge is the largest independent co-educational Catholic school in the country, educating over 1,500 pupils across our Junior School and College. We seek to inspire a love of learning and to help every pupil fulfil their aspirations and potential within an atmosphere of mutual respect and compassion.
