They will drive modernisation across finance and IT, identify opportunities for innovation and ensure the organisation is equipped to respond to an increasingly complex and challenging operating environment.Leading a multidisciplinary Finance and IT team, the Director of Finance & IT will be responsible for financial strategy, budgeting and forecasting, treasury and cash management, statutory reporting, audit, risk, procurement, governance and technology. They will build strong relationships across the organisation, working closely with clinical and non-clinical leaders to improve commercial awareness, strengthen performance management and support the delivery of strategic objectives.We are seeking a proven Finance Director, CFO, or

senior finance leader with experience operating as the number one finance professional, capable of influencing and leading at Board and Executive level. Candidates will hold a recognised professional accounting qualification.Experience of delivering digital transformation and financial sustainability initiatives will be important, as will the ability to combine strategic judgement with a practical, hands-on approach.
