Are you an experienced leader who thrives on making things happen, solving problems and helping organisations run at their very best? BACKUP North West is looking for an inspiring and practical Director of Business to join our leadership team for a 12 month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a charity making a real difference to young people experiencing homelessness.
You'll lead across:
- Business operations & organisational support
- Finance, budgets & audits
- HR, recruitment & staff development
- Compliance, GDPR, Health & Safety
- Premises, facilities & insurance
- Quality assurance & reporting
- Leading and developing teams
We're looking for someone who is strategic but practical, confident making decisions, highly organised and able to lead and motivate others. Most importantly, you'll share our commitment to ensuring no young person experiences homelessness.
