Full Job Description
To be responsible for the Educational and personal development of KS5 students.
To Supervise the entry of Sixth Form students into the Sixth Form Block between 8.45 a.m. and 8.55 a.m. and between 1.55 p.m. and 2.00 p.m.
To be on duty and available during lunchtimes in the Sixth Form Block.
Ensure that the dress code is followed.
Look after the appearance of the Sixth Form block.
To lead on a whole school responsibility linked to the school improvement plan.
To contribute to the development of a whole school vision.
To initiate and develop a clear and positive vision for the Sixth Form that contributes to the life of the school.
To communicate that vision to students, staff and parents.
To be responsible for ensuring that Form Tutors deliver the vision in the classroom.
To lead, by example, the staff in all aspects of School life.
To attend a range of after school events.
