What you'll be doing

-Spotting the next big opportunity: identifying new hotel projects-conversions, new builds, or rebrands
-Building powerful relationships with owners, investors, developers and partners
-Turning ideas into deals by structuring, negotiating and closing agreements
-Analysing and unlocking project potential with feasibility and valuation insights
-Owning the full deal lifecycle from outreach to approval
-Coordinating internal teams to bring deals to life

-Strong network across owners, investors or operators

Your background

-Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or Hospitality
-Experience in hotel development, franchising or real estate transactions
-Experience negotiating management or franchise agreements
-Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)

Base salary: £70,000-85,000 gross per annum
