Full Job Description
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen within our pastoral team as Direction Room Co-ordinator.
The core purpose of the role is to manage the day to day running of the Direction Room, ensuring that students are effectively supervised and that high standards of behaviour are achieved in a calm and positive working environment, promoting positive values, attitudes and behaviours to students.
This is a key position in a supportive and forward-thinking college offering the opportunity to contribute to our pastoral system and make a substantial difference to the lives of young people in the local area.
