Full Job Description
- Plan and deliver direct marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
- Recruit, develop and retain supporters through targeted communications
- Produce appeals, newsletters and supporter updates using sourced insight and data
- Manage day-to-day relationships with external agencies and suppliers
- Monitor campaign budgets, schedules and delivery against agreed standards
- Analyse campaign results against targets and recommend improvements
- Respond to supporter and stakeholder queries clearly and promptly
- Keep up to date with fundraising regulations and sector activity to inform campaign design
Experience delivering direct marketing campaigns in the not-for-profit sector - Strong knowledge of direct marketing principles and agency management
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using CRM databases to support direct marketing
- High numeracy and confidence analysing performance data
- Strong attention to detail, including proof reading
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines Hybrid working expectations: office attendance one day per week
