Direct Mail Manager

The purpose of this role is to ensure all client SLAs are met across every stage of the mailing and fulfilment process, through effective scheduling, accurate execution and clear communication. The role is responsible for coordinating proofing, print preparation, fulfilment and dispatch activities, ensuring work is delivered on time, to specification and to agreed quality standards., The postholder acts as a key point of contact for assigned accounts, providing regular progress updates, managing approvals and liaising with external suppliers where required. By working closely with customer services, production and fulfilment teams, the role supports efficient workflows, maintains operational accuracy and contributes to a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
