Evenings Only (2pm until 11pm) A day in the life of a Senior Dinner Chef de Partie would include... Leading and coordinating the kitchen team to deliver a smooth dinner service Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to recipe specifications and brand standards Maintaining exceptional food safety, hygiene, and health and safety standards Managing prep levels, stock control, orders, and waste tracking Completing HACCP, temperature, and due, Previous experience in a Food & Beverage or Hospitality kitchen role Food Safety Qualifications Calm, organised, and confident under pressure Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style Flexible and adaptable to business needs A positive, approachable attitude with a genuine team-first mindset
