Digital Transformation Pharmacy Technician

Are you a registered Pharmacy Technician with a passion for data analysis and digital transformation? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the multi-award-winning Pharmacy and Medicines Optimisation Department at MPFT. As the Digital Transformation Pharmacy Technician,you will play a key role supporting with prescribing analysis and implementing new digital solutions. You will also have the opportunity to maintain skills and competencies by regularly supporting Pharmacy Clinical Hospital Services, to include the Final Accuracy Checking of Medications.,

• Supportingthe implementation and maintenance of EPMA across the Trustand coordinating the day-to-day provision of pharmacy data services.
• Workingwith the Digital Improvement and Innovation team to translate clinical needs into digital solutions within the Pharmacy and Medicines Optimisation department.
• Supporting the Digital Transformation Lead Pharmacy Technicianwiththeanalysis, development and provision of reports on medicines expenditure, using complex data sets that require interpretation and comparison of a range of options to inform decision making by the pharmacy team, clinicians, Care Groups and committees.
• Supportingwith technical aspects of Pharmacy Digital systems across the Midlands Partnership Foundation Trust (MPFT).
• Supervisionofdispensarystaffwhererequested by the Dispensary Manager.
• Providingdispensary /Clinical/ Accuracy Checking Technician support (ACT) support to the dispensaries as required.
• Supporting the Clinical Informatics Team with prescribing data analysis.
