Are you passionate about technology and helping people feel confident using it?

We're looking for an enthusiastic and approachable Digital Trainer to help colleagues across the college develop their digital skills and make the most of the technology available to them.

You'll deliver engaging face-to-face, online and blended training, including workshops, webinars, drop-ins and one-to-one support. You'll help colleagues get the best from Microsoft 365, approved college systems and emerging technologies, including AI where appropriate. You'll be a confident communicator who can make technology simple, practical and engaging for people with different levels of digital experience.

You'll be curious about new technology, enjoy helping others learn and have the ability to turn digital tools into practical solutions that make a difference.

The ability to use the Welsh language at a basic level (or willingness to undertake training) is desirable.

Requirements & Compliance

• Safeguarding: Appointment is subject to a satisfactory Enhanced DBS check and EWC registration (costs covered by the candidate).
• Qualifications: Lecturers must hold or be willing to achieve a teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE) within a set period.
