Digital Trading Assistant - Topshop / Topman

As a Digital Trading Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting with the day-to-day management, site trading and optimisation for Topshop.com across devices. This will include site merchandising, navigation updates and search configuration. Reporting into the Digital Trading Specialist, you will support trade and help to optimise the customer journeys with a focus on balancing commercial & brand priorities, ensuring to maximise the onsite Customer experience and drive conversion. Day to day:

• Ensuring website standards are maintained to maximise business performance and customer journey
• PIM product enrichment / attribution
• Supporting the team to produce trade reports (including category and search) by utilising a range of customer engagement reporting tools
• Interpreting the reporting data in order to optimise the customer journey
• Supporting the Digital Trading Specialist with managing and optimising the category and navigation structure across channels/devices
• Supporting with managing onsite search, ensuring optimal configuration across markets and enhancing the search experience
• Supporting with homepage process and wider stakeholder management
• Working closely with relevant teams to support and execute trade events and other initiatives
