Digital Trading Analyst

You will work closely with the rest of the Digital Trading team in Maidstone, Lancaster, Guildford and London to identify, understand and solve complex problems. This role can be based from any of the following offices on a hybrid approach (2-3 days a week in the office): London, Maidstone, Lancaster or Guildford Salary Information

Pay: Circa £37,500 per annum. Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package. About You Responsible for identifying and solving complex problems across a wide-scale business landscape, including stakeholder management and relevant analysis/investigation into root cause and solutions Subject matter expert in digital trading and digital platforms Managing relationships with software houses & suppliers such as Acturis and Polaris to drive business change Working closely with brokers and monitoring market developments to identify areas for platform improvements Driving system and process change as part of a wider business transformation programme Co-ordinating business incidents where appropriate and conducting relevant root cause analysis/investigation and solutions/fixes post incident Escalation point for system issues, outages, major incidents and technical queries Essential Skills Previous experience working in e-trade insurance and/o rdigital platforms Existing knowledge of the UK e-trade insurance marketConfident communicator with both internal and external stakeholdersGood listener and able to build a rapport with suppliers & colleaguesPositive outlook with focus on being a team playerAmbitious individual who wants to learn and have an impact in the role Self-motivated, with the ability to take instructions and work on your own initiative Excellent organisation skills with the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Good problem solver and Strategic thinker who can see the long-term impact of decisions made Desirable Experience Background in data analysis is preferred but not essentialQuoteSME or Acturis platform knowledge is desirable but not essentialResponsible Artificial Intelligence usage What We Will Offer You Recognised and rewarded for a job well done, we have a range of flexible benefits for you to choose from- so you can
