Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development and continuous improvement of digital skills programmes. Deliver at least one digital skills course while supporting high-quality teaching and learning. Lead Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) across Data, Coding, Cybersecurity, AI and Essential Digital Skills programmes. Monitor assessment quality, sampling, standardisation and compliance with awarding body requirements. Support, coach and provide constructive feedback to tutors and assessors. Monitor learner progress, achievement and outcomes, using data to drive improvement. Keep curriculum content current with industry trends and emerging technologies. Candidate Will Be An experienced digital skills educator with strong knowledge of Data Analytics, Coding, Cybersecurity, AI and digital technologies. Qualified to teach, with a relevant degree or equivalent professional experience. Experienced in quality assurance, assessment, standardisation and curriculum development. Confident using digital learning platforms and educational technology. A strong communicator who can coach and support colleagues to achieve excellence.
