Full Job Description
As our Intranet Manager, you'll be the driving force behind how our intranet looks, feels and functions. You'll work with teams across clinical and corporate services to create engaging content, improve navigation and ensure our digital workplace remains a trusted source of up-to-date information. You'll also play a key role in transforming the way we work by replacing outdated paper processes with digital forms and automated workflows using Power Automate and other Microsoft 365 tools.
We're looking for a proactive and creative Intranet Manager to lead the day-to-day management and development of ConnECT, our SharePoint-based intranet. You'll work with teams across the Trust to keep content clear and engaging, manage permissions and governance, and support the move from paper to digital by creating online forms and automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
We're seeking someone with solid Microsoft 365 skills, excellent organisation and communication, and a passion for improving digital processes. If you enjoy problem-solving, supporting colleagues, and making information easy to access, this role offers a great opportunity to make a real impact across the organisation.
We welcome applications from Graduate visa holders; it is important to note that you must have a minimum of 6 months before this expires at the start of your employment for training and operational reasons.
We're looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Intranet Manager to take the lead in shaping the future of ConnECT, our Microsoft 365-based intranet. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference across the Trust by helping staff access the information they need quickly, clearly and reliably., We are committed to providing the best quality integrated care to our patients. To achieve this aim we need highly motivated staff who are united by common values and behaviours.
We believe our workforce is our greatest asset and we actively support our staff to develop their capabilities to the full, with a variety of learning and development opportunities.
Whether you are just starting out in your career or are looking to use your skills and experience in a new role, East Cheshire NHS Trust is the right employer for you. We look forward to you joining us so that we can bring out your best.
