Digital Services EUC Logistics Support Officer - Band 4

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Logistics Support Officer to support the delivery of Digital Services across Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals NHS Group (LCHG). The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of IT equipment logistics, asset tracking, stock control, and deployment coordination. Acting as a central point of contact for logistics activities, you will ensure the efficient delivery, collection, assignment, and disposal of digital devices while maintaining accurate records within the organisation's asset management systems.,

• Manage the receipt, storage, distribution, collection, and disposal of IT equipment.
• Maintain accurate asset and stock records within the Asset Management System and CMDB.
• Coordinate equipment deployments, collections, and service requests, working closely with technical teams and end users.
• Support the management and replenishment of local emergency stock locations and device provisioning services.
• Monitor stock levels, undertake audits and inventories, and identify replenishment requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service, resolving logistics queries and escalating issues where required.
• Assist with service improvements, process development, and compliance with Digital Services procedures.
• Support project and business-as-usual activities through effective logistics planning and coordination.
  
  Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Experience using computerised systems for asset, stock, or service management.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• The ability to work independently and manage your own workload.

This will not constitute a formal merger of the two organisations, but will bring the Trusts together under a single Board and Executive Leadership Team, with the goal of improving the care that is provided to patients both in the community and in hospitals across Lincolnshire. Both Trusts will retain their separate statutory names and legal obligations. The Group will be known as Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals NHS Group (LCHG).
