Digital Project Manager- SaaS
URGENT perm role
3 days on site (in Windsor, Berks), 2 WFH.
Working for a Saas company, software development and tech from scratch for clients in the travel industry (tour operators and cruise lines)
We are looking for a highly talented and experienced project manager who is driven by the desire to make an impact.
This role requires a team player who can effectively communicate, takes pride in their work, has great attention to detail and is looking for a fast-paced environment.
The selected candidate will play a vital role in the successful delivery of solutions that make rapid business impact and drive compelling customer experience in a fun industry.
Based in Windsor, our client helps customer-focused travel companies communicate better and deliver a formidable experience - throughout each step of the booking journey.

Who you are
You are passionate about helping companies achieve great things from implementing new software solutions.
You will be able to demonstrate strong project and product management skills with either a travel or travel technology background.
You will be excellent at business and requirements analysis, high-quality documentation have a responsive, hands-on approach to project delivery. You are a responsible and proactive individual with a clear previous exposure to supporting project teams.
You have experience with bridging the gap between IT and business teams.
You have strong communication and presentation skills and a proven track record of engaging with all levels of key stakeholders - internal and external.
What we're looking for
Must have skills/experience:
- 3-5 years as a project/product manager or similar discipline.
- Operational experience in software and/or digital solutions
- Strong requirements gathering, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Expert at documenting technical and business requirements
- Excellent oral communication skills with ability to adapt to stakeholders
- Background in travel or travel-focussed technology industry
- An understanding of the software development lifecycle
Salary will depend on your experience and will be highly competitive.
