We have an exciting opportunity for a Transformation Digital Product Owner, to join our team, focused on supporting our Transformation Programme. This role is critical to drive the digital elements of the transformation and will need to ensure the successful balance of customer experience, business & programme delivery and colleague experience. The Transformation Digital Product Owner will work with the current Transformation Digital Product Owner and will be responsible for delivering various Digital aspects for the Transformation which includes Account Opening of all products, Online Banking, Mobile App and Open Banking. This role will be a fixed term contract for a period up to 20 months., The Digital Product Owner will work with the current Transformation Digital Product Owner to deliver all Digital requirements within the Transformation Programme:
- Develop the existing requirements, risks and interdependencies for the digital banking products, services and business processes with the other product owners and business
- Take the requirements through to design, build and implementation.
- Providing vision and direction to the teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle for Digital
- Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders and end users, managing feedback and reviews, issues and requirements alongside the project team.
- Advocate for a customer-centric approach in all product development and transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital product management within financial services, with a proven track record in leading transformation and change projects. The role will include delivering mobile app, internet banking, application journeys, mortgage portals and open banking platforms. We'd also love to see: - A background in agile methodologies and product development frameworks as well as traditional waterfall methodology
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work well with people at every level.
- Proficiency in product management tools and software.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in banking and finance.
- Ability to work with autonomy, be organised and able to work under pressure.
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate delivery and management of risk.
- Ability to effectively prioritise situations requiring urgent attention. We're here to create a banking experience that's kinder to people and planet. - Salary - £50,035 to £60,717 p.a. - depending on skills and experience.
