Full Job Description
- Create and communicate a strategy and outcome-oriented roadmap for digital services related to homeownership
- Act as Product Owner, providing day-to-day direction for the in-house digital product development team
- Collaborate closely with residents, business stakeholders, and service leads to inform product development
- Focus on improving digital user journeys and self-service options for buyers and sellers
- Develop a new B2B services offering through the SoResi Partnerships brand, enhancing CRM functionality and user experience Technologies:

Experience as a Digital Product Manager or in delivering customer-focused digital products - Strong customer focus with a commitment to quality service delivery
- Effective communicator and influencer, able to convey a clear vision for digital services
- Ability to challenge the status quo and facilitate change within service areas
- Proven relationship-building skills to achieve positive organizational outcomes across cultures and boundaries
