Full Job Description
Location: Exeter, DevonHours: 42.5 per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

What will you be responsible for?
As a Technical Operations Team Lead, you'll be working within the technical operations team, supporting them in delivering high-quality data management and digitisation projects. We're seeking a proactive Technical Operations Team Lead to oversee digitisation, data acquisition and data management projects. You'll be leading a team responsible for maintaining accurate digitised data, ensuring compliance, improving processes, and delivering excellent service to clients and stakeholders.
Your day to day will include:
-Leading and delivering technical data projects across digitisation, data acquisition and data management activities, ensuring outputs are accurate and timely
-Overseeing the capture, maintenance and enhancement of structured asset data within GIS and related technical systems
-Supporting, building and improving ETL processes and data pipelines to ensure data integrity and compliance
-Identifying and implementing opportunities for automation, standardisation and process improvement
-Providing technical leadership and guidance to junior staff, fostering their development and ensuring quality delivery
You have experience with data management and processing tools, including databases, and an understanding of scripting for automation
-You're proficient in Microsoft Office and have strong IT skills, with a mindset for continuous learning
-Are delivering team management, including delegation and performance monitoring, possess excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
-Enjoy working collaboratively with clients, stakeholders and teams to reach innovative solutions, Disability Confident
