Full Job Description
Reporting to the Digital marketing Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and maximising digital channels to support fundraising, supporter engagement and organisational objectives. This includes managing and creating content across website, email, newsletters and social media platforms. Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and wider teams, the postholder will create engaging, audience-focused content including copywriting, video and digital assets that increase awareness, engagement, fundraising income and supporter retention. The role requires a digital-first approach, using data, analytics and insight to continuously improve performance and supporter experience across all digital touchpoints., Please note we're not responsible for the content of job ads, as they're posted by the recruiter. - An influential and persuasive communicator for both online and offline content - you have professional experience in planning and delivering supporter engagement.
- Supportive and motivating - you engage the commitment of others and build and maintain strong working relationships.
- Socially focused and friendly - you have a helpful attitude, and a co-operative, collaborative decision-making style
- Working at a faster than average pace on multiple, simultaneous projects where every day is different - you maintain accuracy whilst correctly handling details, ensuring the work is completed on time
- Applications will be particularly welcome from those who are familiar with the charity sector and have experience working with Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tag Manager and Photoshop
- Educated to A level or equivalent, it is important that you are able to demonstrate your skill in analysing and interpreting data to drive optimisation
