Full Job Description
Introduction
The Marketing Operations Apprentice will, with support, work with the commercial and customer success team to execute our content, social, events and client-engagement activity.
About the Employer
Since 2020 we've solved the hardest technical challenges for firms running mass and class claims — group litigation, mass tort, arbitration, and high-volume claims work. We went deep on their operational pain and built the software that removed it. Today, our AI is revolutionising how those firms work.
What You'll Do
This role is remote working
Content and social media:
- Plan, write and schedule content across LinkedIn and other social channels, applying multi-channel campaign delivery skills
- Produce marketing collateral – blog posts, case studies, thought leadership pieces, nurture emails and social copy – using AI content creation and automation techniques
- Coordinate existing customer testimonial and case study collection, including liaising with customers, arranging feedback calls, and monitoring consent and approval processes
- Research target audiences, competitor activity and sector trends to inform messaging and positioning.
Partnerships, events and client engagement
- Coordinate the planning, logistics and content for webinars, exhibitions, conferences and sponsorships
- Support partnership and co-marketing activity with third parties (e.g. introducer or referral partners)
- Plan and coordinate engagement activity with new and existing customers, such as onboarding welcome packs and focus / community groups
- Support our commercial and customer success team with maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships via nurture materials to encourage platform activity and to introduce new features.
AI-assisted marketing operations
- Support the building, testing and iteration of AI-powered workflows for marketing use cases
- Assist with building document prompt libraries and AI-assisted processes to support consistent, scalable marketing output
- Identify opportunities where AI tooling can reduce manual effort across content production, research and client communication, applying AI and GDPR/compliance principles
Reporting and administration
- Maintain marketing trackers, approval logs, shared drives and communication channels up to date
- Coordinate segmented nurture campaigns and outreach communications, including list management
- Monitor and report on campaign performance (e.g. traffic, engagement, email open/click rates and pipeline/ROI contribution)
