Where will you be working? As an organisation, there is little we don't do and plenty to get involved in. Our Group Support roles are vital in making sure we can help over 11,000 people deliver essential infrastructure seamlessly across water, energy, transport and telecom. Please Note: This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. Want to come and be a part of it? What will you be doing? This role involves designing and developing interactive eLearning using tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, Synthesia, and Vyond, ensuring content aligns with M Group brand and accessibility standards. You'll work closely with subject matter experts to create engaging, inclusive learning solutions that meet clearly defined objectives. The role also includes managing course content within Oracle HCM, curating relevant off-the-shelf eLearning, tracking learner progress, and supporting users. Alongside this, you'll analyse training data to evaluate effectiveness and contribute to the wider Learning and Development strategy through regular engagement with stakeholders across the business.

  • Experience in eLearning creation and development
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems
  • Proficient in Articulate 360
  • Strong understanding of eLearning principles and best practices
  • Experience working with diverse learning audiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative environments
  • Desirable: Experience working with Oracle HCM and Oracle Guided Learning
